Hello,
I’m Dr. Payan.

Hello,
I’m Dr. Payan.

My Professional Background

Hello, my name is Dr. Nidia Cristal Payan Izabal. I graduated from the School of Medicine at Autonomous University in Sinaloa, Mexico. After I graduated in 2003, I moved to the United States and studied through the International Medical Graduate Program at UCLA. The program was designed to educate and train international medical students with the same rigorous standards applied to US doctors. Through the Community Medicine Residency program, I completed my residency at the University of California in San Francisco, Fresno. After my graduation in 2012, I worked in the medical field for many years. It was in this environment that I developed my vision for Dr En Su Casa.

My Commitment To You

w

Clarity - Language Shouldn't Be A Barrier

As a California resident, I see firsthand the struggles encountered by minority communities as they attempt to communicate with medical professionals. Often, embarrassment and frustration with this language barrier cause individuals to delay medical appointments until critical care is required. With Dr En Su Casa, we speak with you in the language and terms that you understand so you always know what’s going in your body.

Affordability - Income Doesn’t Determine Care

Many minority communities struggle with the rising cost of healthcare, leading many families to look into untested and risky treatment alternatives. My mission at Dr En Su Casa is to provide affordable and convenient healthcare access to all Californians when they need it most.

Convenience - See A Doctor, Wherever You Are

Scheduling medical appointments can be frustrating for individuals with a large workload or rigid schedule. For those with long-term illness, taking time off work is unpaid. Getting the necessary care should be a positive experience, not a frustrating one. At Dr En Su Casa, we are available when you need us, no matter where you are.
